Hello ThereI am Laura CarolinaHernández Villa
Genetic Biologist
Trying to understand how the cell environment is connected with cellular pathways and affecting the transcription process in plants, here in the lab we are studying the role of R2TP/Prefoldin like complex. In other organisms, this is involved in many cellular pathways acting as co-chaperone of HSP90 in the assembly of RNA polymerase II and other protein complexes. Laura’s thesis is focused on study PDRG1 and evaluate its role in plants.
